Ian and Katie chose the most beautiful day of the year to get married on Orcas Island. I am sure of it. Early morning fog rested in the evergreen trees high on the surrounding mountains and later burned off to reveal a gorgeous sunny day. They chose Rosario Resort and its beautiful view overlooking the water for their ceremony and reception. During the ceremony, it almost felt like we were the only people on the entire island. These two are so full of love — it is bursting at the seams. We feel so honored to have been able to capture such great love, not just between these two amazing people, but their amazing family and friends as well. It was a perfect day.

These two lovebirds were a pleasure to photograph. They are full of sweet love and emotion, and were so comfortable sharing that love in front of the camera. Summer in the Pacific Northwest is pretty magical for so many reasons, chief among them evening canoe rides and frolicking on sun-soaked blankets.

Beautiful shots captured for a lifetime!
so many to love. love the ones of them in the woods..and love that stairwell one too.
As the sister of the groom, I can honestly say these were the best photographers ever. So professional and fun- they snapped great pics because they just joined in the party and seemed completely unobtrusive. It was wonderful to see my brother marry the perfect woman for him, to welcome a new member to our family, and to be able to relive it all over again with these beautiful images!
Such a beautiful wedding! What a view you guys had!
Ceremonies on the edge of the water FTW. These rock.
This was such a wonderful wedding. The photographers captured the moments perfectly. My favorite is Katie and Ian sitting together. I am thinking it was during the father of the bride, Bob’s, speech? I love the way Katie has her hand next to her face, you can see her rings and the look says “what is coming next?”
I love Orcas. So many favorites here.
