We are always amazed at how sweet, talented and adventurous our couples are. Liana & Herschell are the best examples of that. In addition to being incredibly good-looking (obviously), these two are so loving and fun. We spent the majority of our time with them laughing and talking about traveling, cooking, music and style. AND fortunately, we were also able to squeeze in a few portraits. We adore these two and cannot wait for their wedding!

Nico and Chantel : Utah Mountain Engagements
My handsome brother is getting married! We are so happy to welcome Chantel into our family. We love her so much, and they couldn’t be a better fit. We recently took a quick trip up to the mountains of Utah to photograph them exploring the area around Old Snow Basin. It was the perfect setting for such a gorgeous couple.

Christina and Ryan : Tacoma Engagements
We had so much fun photographing Christina and Ryan. They’re up for anything, and it so obvious they’ve got it bad for each other. She is from the Pacific Northwest and he had been up in Alaska working for several months, so the cold, wet weather definitely didn’t phase them. There is something so magical about this time of year. It is so refreshing to have that brisk air, crunchy leaves and moss growing by the minute. Throw a gorgeous couple into the mix and it can’t be beat! We can’t wait for their December wedding!

Stefanie and Elias : Salt Lake Engagement
When we got the call that my little sister was engaged, it was no surprise to us! Stefanie and Elias are so great together, it just seemed natural that Elias would soon become a part of our family. I can still remember my sisters wild curls as she ran around in my brothers cowboy boots as an adorable toddler. But there is still something surreal about your sweet little sister getting married. She’s all grown up. We love you both and are so thrilled for you! We can’t wait to be there next month to celebrate the union of two families!

Jimmy and Madeline Maternity: Tacoma
Our friends, Jimmy & Madi are expecting a baby boy very soon! We are so thrilled for them. Especially because that means our Lucia will have another pal! Madi is one of the most beautiful pregnant women I have ever encountered. You know, the one with absolutely no swelling, all baby, and from behind she looks like a little hottie that is definitely not pregnant! Every girls dream. We love these two and are so excited for this amazing journey of parenthood they are about to embark on. Hearts exploding with love and joy. Parenthood is the greatest.

Carmen and David : Seattle Engagements
One of the best parts of being a photographer is hunting for color and light. And Carmen and David’s engagement session was one of those satisfying moments where the two worked together so beautifully. These lovebirds were so easy to photograph! They’re such a sweet couple, and we can’t wait for their July wedding at Lake Crescent!

Adrian and Melissa : Tacoma
We like to photograph our dear friends, Adrian and Melissa. In fact, we try to do it once a year. We spent time traveling around, exploring some of our local treasures. We’re really going to miss these two as they move to New York so Melissa can study at NYU, but we are so happy for them and what the future holds!
